Apex Riders Privacy Policy

Apex Riders is provided by ODZ Creations. This policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information when you use Apex Riders or contact us.

Information we collect
Account and profile information: We process your email address, authentication information, account identifier, username, and details you add to your profile, such as your location, biography, profile photo, social links, and garage listings. We use this information to manage your account and provide the app’s features.
Location and ride information: With your permission, Apex Riders accesses precise location to display your position and record rides. Ride information can include coordinates, routes, timestamps, distance, duration, and territory information. We use this information for ride recording, territory calculations, statistics, rankings, and detecting invalid ride activity. Approximate location and location details you provide can also support maps and regional rankings.
When you start recording a ride, location access can continue while the app is in the background or your screen is off, using a foreground service. You can stop recording in the app or revoke location permission in Android settings. Features that require location will not work without the necessary permission. Revoking permission does not delete previously saved information.
Social features and content: We process information you submit or create, including in-app friendships, messages, comments, reactions, photos, videos, profile content, and garage information. We use this information to provide social features and deliver content to its intended audience. In-app friendships are different from your phone’s address book.
Usage and technical information: The app and integrated services may process app interactions, search requests, device or installation identifiers, IP addresses, crash logs, diagnostics, and performance information. This information supports service delivery, troubleshooting, reliability, security, and usage analysis.
Support communications: When you contact us, we process your email address, message, and information you provide to answer questions, resolve problems, and handle account or privacy requests.
How information is disclosed
Other users may see your username, profile information, territory ownership, rankings, and content according to the feature and applicable privacy settings. Messages and shared media are delivered to their recipients. Recipients may retain copies of content they receive.
We use service providers to operate Apex Riders. These include Supabase for authentication, databases, and file storage; Google Maps and Firebase for integrated app services; and email providers such as Resend and Zoho for account or support communications. These providers process information needed to provide their services. Google services may also process technical and usage information under Google’s privacy terms.

We may also disclose information when required by law or when necessary to investigate abuse, protect users, or protect the security and rights of the service.
Data retention
We retain account information and saved content while needed to operate your account and provide the associated features. Support correspondence and technical records may be retained separately for support, security, and legal obligations.
Retention varies by record type and service provider. Deletion from the active service may not immediately remove copies from provider backups or logs. Those copies remain subject to the provider’s retention and deletion processes.

You can request account deletion through the app’s account-deletion option or by emailing contact@odzcreations.com from the email address associated with your account.
Use the subject: Delete my Apex Riders account
We may need to verify account ownership before completing your request. Do not send your password.
Account deletion removes your account and associated data from the active service, subject to information that must be retained for legal or security reasons. We will explain any applicable exception when responding to your request. Copies independently saved by other users are outside our control.
Your choices
You can edit available profile fields, use the app’s privacy controls, choose whether to submit optional content, and manage device permissions in Android settings.
You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information. Your available rights may depend on where you live.
Security
We use encrypted connections and access controls to protect information. No storage or transmission system can guarantee absolute security. Keep your account credentials private.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when features or data practices change. We will update the date above and provide additional notice where required.
