The quickest way to delete your Apex Riders account is through the app. This lets you verify your identity and submit your deletion directly, without waiting for email support.
Open Apex Riders and sign in.
Go to your profile settings and open account settings.
Select Delete account.
Follow the verification and confirmation prompts.
Before confirming, save any photos or other information you want to keep. Account deletion is permanent. Your deleted profile, riding history, territory ownership, and associated account data cannot be restored through the app.
Uninstalling Apex Riders or signing out does not delete your account.
When account deletion completes, the following associated data is removed from our active systems:
Account and profile: Your sign-in account, profile information, profile photo, About section, social links, and saved account preferences.
Garage: Vehicles and bikes saved to your profile, including their associated details.
Riding history: Recorded rides, logged loops, stored route and GPS information, and associated activity records.
Territory and scoring: Your territory ownership, associated territory records, and Grid score.
Uploaded media: Photos and videos stored under your account, including album photos and media uploaded to comments or conversations.
Social activity: Messages you authored, comments, likes, friend connections, and friend requests associated with your account.
Your account will no longer be available as an active Apex Riders profile. We cannot remove screenshots, downloaded photos, or other copies that people independently saved to their own devices.
In-app deletion is processed directly when you complete the required confirmations and the app reports success.
Some information may remain temporarily outside our active account records:
Database backups: Our database provider may retain up to seven daily backups for recovery purposes.
API and database logs: Our current database service plan provides one day of log retention for operational troubleshooting.
Account emails: Our email-delivery provider retains email content and delivery logs for 30 days.
Deletion-request correspondence: We remove the request and related replies from our mailbox and Trash within 30 days after completing the request. Our mailbox provider may retain recoverable copies for an additional 30 days.
Verified email deletion requests are completed within 30 days.
If you cannot use the in-app option you can request deletion without reinstalling Apex Riders. Email contact@odzcreations.com from your registered account email address with the subject “Apex Riders Account Deletion.” Include your username and confirm that you want your account permanently deleted. Do not include your password. We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing the request.
